I'm looking for some fitness/health motivation, even started a new board on Pinterest for it. 
I desperately need to start working out again and eating healthier, such as having the green monster smoothies (which are delicious by the way).  I've been looking at the and the Nike training app, have any of you tried either? What helps you stay motivated??

  2. I just saw some of your pins! As silly as it sounds, I actually started doing Jazzercise recently. I know it's not a new cool workout, but there are older women in the class who have been doing it since the 70s and they look amazing so it must work :)

  3. i'm gonna have to try a green smoothie! i made one before with spinach but i really want to try the one you pinned. how are they? as for motivation, the easiest thing for me is just planning in workouts like it's something i HAVE to be at. it's hard sometimes, but i recently bought a gym pass and paying a monthly membership helps me too. they're not getting my money for nothing! haha good luck :)

  4. Yay for you! This is tough for me too, as I'm sure it is with most people. I am a horrible overeater and never cared much for healthy food (which it so bad, considering I had thyroid cancer 3 years ago!) But this year is different. I think my best motivation is feeling like I can stop hiding from my doctor and start taking care of myself. God gave me a second chance at life, and darn it, I better take it seriously! I also think of the long, healthy life I want to share with my husband and family, and that is a huge push. Whatever it is for you, just remember to also cut yourself some slack every once in awhile.
